Training
Training is held on Monday and Wednesday nights.
Sprints and Jumps will be held starting at 5pm and concluding at approx 6:30pm
Throws will be held starting at 5:30 pm and concluding at approx 6:30pm

In conjunction with ANZone Sports Ltd, a fun and fitness program based on athletics for Primary School aged children U6 - U12 years.
