Cardiff & District Little Athletics runs events for Tiny Tots (3/4 yrs) through to under 17s. The Club prides itself on providing a family friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to do his or her best. The emphasis being on " Family, Fun and Fitness" at all times. Athletes also have the opportunity to compete at Zone, Regional, State and National levels. We meet at Neegulah Park, Lawson Road, Cardiff on Friday nights from 5:30 pm.
